    Yet again Mark terrific selection process. Is there a time you normally put these selections up, asking because I work nights and wouldn't mind having an idea when I should check the site to follow them.

    I normally aim to to get the selections posted between 11:00 & 11:30 but obviously there may be the odd day where I am running late.
